These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website located at Flat 5 54 Porchester road London W2 6ET and our domestic cleaning, property management, construction support, and setup advisory services. By accessing this website or employing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms in full.
HUG CONSULTANT provides professional domestic cleaning services, commission-based property and facilities management, construction trade support (including roofing and scaffolding coordination), and commission-based advice for new business openings.
Clients employing property management or business opening advisory services must provide accurate, timely access and documentation. Cleaning clients are required to ensure safe entry to residential spaces. HUG CONSULTANT is not liable for issues arising from incomplete access or incorrect information.
Service fees for domestic cleaning and construction support are agreed upon prior to project commencement. Property management and new business opening advice operate on a commission basis as outlined in our Statement of Work. Invoices are payable within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise specified.
While we coordinate roofing, scaffolding, and specialized trades support, local contractors are responsible for technical building modifications. We maintain standard liability assurance for our domestic cleaning and property management actions.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
